Amstein + Walthert Holding AG is a group with over 1,100 employees and 18 subsidiary companies.

The companies focus on their core services, engineering and consulting while receiving support from the holding company in the areas of IT, finance, marketing, quality management, human resources and further training, etc.

This cooperation between the holding company and its subsidiaries facilitates the implementation of core operational processes, knowledge acquisition and quality management across all the sites. It also strengthens the competence cells and their networking. This inter-site support maximises the advantages of a decentralised system and simultaneously bundles valuable synergies.

The COO, CFO, CTO and CIO are responsible for the Corporate Services of the holding. Together with the Group CEO, they form the Executive Board of A+W Holding AG.
